VPSA oxygen producing machine
The pressure swing adsorption (VPSA for short) oxygen production device operates under normal temperature conditions. It uses molecular sieves to selectively adsorb nitrogen from the air, reduces the pressure in the adsorption tower to desorb the nitrogen adsorbed in the molecular sieves, thereby achieving an adsorption-desorption cycle operation and continuously producing oxygen with a purity of 90-95%.

Working principle
According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, high-quality carbon molecular sieves are used as adsorbents. Under a certain pressure, due to kinetic effects, there is a significant difference in the diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieves. By utilizing the large amount of oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieves, nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase, achieving oxygen nitrogen separation.
Due to the significant difference in oxygen adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieves with different pressures, reducing the pressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, regenerate the carbon molecular sieve, and enable repeated recycling.
Adopting two adsorption tower processes, one tower adsorbs and produces nitrogen, while the other tower desorbs and regenerates, with alternating cycles to continuously produce high-quality nitrogen gas.
